Couple's Coaching vs Couple's Therapy
Unlike therapy, coaching emphasizes making tangible changes rather than just talking in circles. At the top of the session, we'll set an intention and by the end of the session you'll have clear next steps to take individually, as a couple, or both to help integrate what we covered.
Together, we'll work with a trigger you keep getting stuck on or a relationship pattern that you keep repeating and find ways to change the pattern so you can feel more connected.
I do not give advice, but offer helpful frameworks like Non-Violent Communication.
Ultimately, you choose what's best for you and I ask you the questions to come to your own answer.
Session Duration
- 1.5 hours
- Because coaching emphasizes changing patterns by taking action outside of the session, you'll experience more results with consistent (bi-weekly) meetings
- I typically see 3 months of consistent meetings offering tangible results
- however, for the time bank I'm willing to meet for a one-off session
Where We Meet
I'm unable to host at my house, but can meet at yours or a public place (park, coffee shop, etc.). Or if it's easier, we could even do it over the phone or video call. Your choice.
Modalities
I primarily incorporate somatics + (3rd eye) energy work into sessions.
But I also reference IFS, inner child healing, and more.

I'm spiritual, but not religious.
Nothing is too taboo to bring into a session.
I'm a trans man who is mostly attracted to women and live with my long-term partner.
For 7 years I was non-monogamous (relationship anarchy, solo polyamory), but have chosen what I like to call Conscious Monogamy (which is very countercultural to the mainstream).
