I will bring my little bag of training tools and a mat to your house and show you about an hours-worth of a range of mindful movements and stretches appropriate to your body that you can do on your own. Alternately, I have a space in my home to teach, plus a few additional less portable (non-Pilates) training tools that you may enjoy experiencing, as well. Contact me and we can talk about what your body needs and our schedule perameters.
Please note that am new to teaching Pilates; I have chosen a certification that requires a number of practice teaching hours before I can call myself a fully qualified Balanced Body Mat Instructor. Then I need to take a final written and practical exam. Your time helps me learn to teach movement better and to earn my certification. I am not a medical professional by any means. Hopefully my time will help you feel stronger and more balanced in your body!
